2003 was a busy year, in spite of there not being a Celebration event. Jerry Jones, Legion member and employee at Disneyworld, managed to get the Legion invited to participate in their annual Star Wars Weekends event! Though Disney held this kind of event in 1997, 2000, and 2001, this was the first year it became an annual event until they cancelled it in 2015. We were very excited to be invited to play a part in the festivities!
